JIL is a privately owned company founded in 1993 by Brian Manous. His background consisted of over 20 years experience designing and fabricating electronic and mechanical products. This broad range of experience included:
- Communications satellite components
- Components for NASA programs including the Hubble Space Telescope
- Satellite ground station components and electro-formed antennas
- Specialized devices for the Fermi linear accelerator and Sandia National Labs
- Hardware for numerous military weapons systems
Since it’s inception JIL has been providing services to both large and small companies who either lack design and fabrication resources or prefer subcontracting over expansion.
